1969, the third day after the election in Malaysia, a Cantonese opera 'Snow in June' is being staged in the Pudu community. While Eng and her mother are watching the opera, her father and brother are at the Majestic Theatre to watch 'The Jilted'. Unexpectedly, a violent riot takes place that night, countless people have "disappeared" overnight. Eng confined herself in the 1969 time frame and wanted to find her father and brother. 49 years later, Eng encounters Dou-E at the burial site.
