"Sayu Yang Syukur" tells the tale of Liana (Nora Danish) returning to Kuala Lumpur from the village one evening, marking the tragic beginning of her life story. Her car veered off the road and plunged down a cliff after hitting a tire that fell from a lorry during a heavy downpour. By chance, Qudaim (Aaron Aziz) and Adam noticed Liana's car on the cliff and rushed down to check on her, even though they were still under the influence of illicit substances. Adam fetched a drink containing hallucinogenic drugs and gave it to Liana. Like adding insult to injury, Liana, semi-conscious due to the accident and drugged with hallucinogens, was taken to a resort, leading to a heartbreaking turn of events.
